Summer Tableware

Summer is just around the corner and judging by the glorious weather we have had in Dorchester over the weekend, we know it’s going to be a good one!

The Bank Holiday weekend saw lots of things going on in our home town, with local bands playing in the High Street on Saturday and The Crack (a great local band) playing at the Borough Gardens. It was great to see so many people out enjoying the music complete with picnics and few glasses of wine.

We already have some great Summer Tableware offers in the shop but in order for you to get ready for outdoor eating and entertaining we have put together a few of our favourites:-

Broste Garden Candles

The Broste garden candle torches are available in bright yellow and green and are perfect for setting the scene at your BBQ. They have a 12 hour burn time so can be relit on several evenings and the wick is extra thick so it will take a strong breeze to blow them out.

Make outdoors the new indoors and use candles to make the evenings last as long as possible. Our lime green Broste candles are a very trend colour at the moment they will bring your room setting right up to date. Looking to add a touch of sunshine to your room setting try the yellow Broste candles.

The pillar candles are solid coloured and handmade giving them a slightly uneven surface that adds to their character. The candles are great for at least a couple of evening BBQ’s if not more with burn times ranging from 11 hours to 48 hours.

Millefiori Tumblers

It’s Pimm’s o’clock time! Millefiori tumblers are handmade by Leonardo and form part of the Millefiori collection. The colourful little flowers and patterns are embedded into the body of the glass and being handmade each one is individual. The matching unusual shaped jug completes the set, perfect for water or a Summer Punch. The tumblers are available in 2 sizes, the tall hi-ball tumbler stands 15 cm tall and the short tumbler stands 11cms. The jug measures 25cm in height.

Aqua Blue Tablemats & Napkins

Linum Placemats and Napkins are perfect for taking on a picnic or laying out on your garden table.
