Seggiano Organic Green Olives

The certified Organic Green Olives ‘Bella di Cerignola’ are from Puglia in southern Italy.

The luscious green olives are large in size with a firm texture and excellent flavour, and make a great addition to a salad, bake your own breads or cocktails.

Seggiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Seggiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Tuscany is produced from olivastra seggianese olives, one of the original wild varieties unique to groves surrounding the village of Seggiano.

The Olives are grown free of all pesticides, and are stone milled, cold pressed and unfiltered to produce this quality oil.

The great feature of Seggiano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is its fresh delicate flavour, with a dense, creamy texture and delicate, but enduring flavour - one of the top delicato oils of Italy.

The 50cl bottle is priced at £10.50 and makes perfect oil for all your culinary needs.

Seggiano Lunaio Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Seggiano Lunaio Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in Puglia, Southern Italy, the certified organic oil is made by stone milling selected hand picked Oglirola olives with fresh local organic fruit.

This produces a stunning intense flavour unlike oils that are flavoured with added extracts. The Fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil with its perfumed aroma is perfect as a condiment to dress raw or cooked foods including salads, pasta and fish dishes.

There are two flavours to choose from, Lemon Oil and Mandarin Oil, and the 25cl  bottles are priced at £8.35 each.

Organic Balsamic Vinegar

The Seggiano Balsamic Vinegar from Modena is made from organic grapes using traditional methods and is free from any additives.

The must (grape juice) of organic grapes is blended with organic wine vinegar and matured in aged wooden barrels.

The 25cl Organic Balsamic Vinegar bottle is priced at £5.95 .

Organic Balsamic Vinegar is ideal for salad dressings, marinades, and sauces.

Seggiano Honeys

The excellent specialist Seggiano Honeys are the produce of one Bee keeper Mauro Pagliaccia. They are unpasteurised, unfiltered and bottled by Mauro, with each having a unique flavour. Mauro is an impassioned beekeeper with some five hundred hives. The careful husbandry of his bee families, cold extraction of their honey and Mauro’s personal pride in its excellence, ensure natural, unfiltered honeys of rare quality.

The Wildflower variety is produced from spring meadowlands and is golden, creamy and thick.

The Orange Blossom honey is produced from citrus groves on the coast of Calabria, is pale gold and fluid with a delicate flavour.

The 500g jars of honey are priced at £7.95 and ideal for adding to your favourite cereal or toast.

Seggiano Italian Biscuits

The traditional Seggiano Italian Biscuits are handmade and the inspiration of Michele a restaurateur in the village of Saturnia in Tuscany. The delicious selection of Italian Biscuits includes:

• Cantuccini with almonds and lemon zest
• Chocolate saturnelle with hazelnuts
• Orange Walnut with Grand Marnier

The 300g biscuits are priced at £5.20. The products are delightfully packaged making them suitable as gifts.
