Saturday Morning Kitchen

I’ve just sneaked into work a bit late as I got side tracked watching Saturday morning kitchen. Well not exactly watching I was catching up on chores, but I did happen to see one of the chefs (didn’t catch his name) making Spaghetti Vongole which I love.
It was so simple, and what I liked was the way he part cooked the spaghetti then tossed it in with the clams and wine sauce to finish cooking so the spaghetti absorbed all the lovely flavours. He used silicone ended tongs just like the green Sagaform ones - I must get some.
So if I can get away from work a bit early I’m off to see Billy the Fish our local fishmonger to see if he has any clams, I hope so as I’ve already phoned a couple of friends to come round for supper - then I’ll serve it in my Fairmont & Main Arctic white pasta plates.
Does any one know the chefs name as he has a new pasta book coming out and I’d like to get a copy?
