Summer Linens

Table Linens always make dining that little bit more special whether inside or out. If your having a barbecue outside this weekend just adding a runner or cotton knapkins lifts the event and makes the food taste even better!
As part of our spectacular Summer Sale with 20% off everything on our website there are bargains to be had especially with the cottons and linens from the Swedish maufacturers Kardelen and Linum. The Red and Beige check tablecloth and knapkins from Fairmont & Main are always popular and the red one is soon to be featured on the front of the Times Magazine.
Our barbecue this weekend, for twenty, will have different tablecloths and runners on a line of tables across the garden. Always looks good mix and matched together, especially if the sun is shining - Oh please!
By the way guess where the name ‘Linum’ comes from yes you’ve got it - Flax (also known as common flax or linseed) (Linum usitatissimum) is the plant that provides the fibres to make linen and from the dried ripe flax seeds we get linseed oil.
