The Signature 17cm Santuko knife by Robert Welch has been developed with a team of professional chefs to be part of a range of knives that give you comfort in the hand and optimum cutting action. Each knife has been individually constructed for its specific task. The handles and blades are set at the best angle to minimize fatigue and each Signature knife features a full tang which means the metal extends the full length of the handle - this adds strength, durability and balance to the knife.
The 17cm Santuko knife is an all purpose knife with an Asian style wide blade for slicing, dicing and chopping delicate foods.
Signature knives are dishwasher safe and each knife is individually gift boxed.
