This is a very simple process.
- 1) Choose the product you wish to purchase.
- 2) Select your choice of colour or size.
- 3) Enter the quantity you require in the quantity box.
- 4) Click "Add" to put it in your basket.
You may then click on "continue shopping", to add other items in the same way to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your
choice follow the step by step instructions to make your secure payment. You will be contacted by email and kept informed of the
progress of your order.
Yes. The checkout process is performed by a linked secure server which will encrypt all your input making it
impossible for the information to be intercepted by others.Credit card transactions are performed by
SAGE PAY who are one of the top secure e-commerce providers. After selecting your goods you will be transferred to a
secure page to enter your credit card details which will then be validated by SAGE PAY. Once completed
you will be returned to our website to complete your order. We do not hold your credit card details
on the ON THE TABLE website, nor are they visible to us.
We aim to despatch and deliver immediately within 4 working days for all orders received by mid-day, an email will
be sent on despatch. Contact us immediately if your order does not arrive within the stated time-frame. There will occasionally be delays on a product. In this case
we will contact you to give an estimate of delivery time. Orders are delivered by DHL 48hr or 1st class post depending on weight.
Next day delivery and gift wrapping services are available by calling us on 01305 257258.
We charge a flat rate of £4.95 per order to all areas within mainland UK, charges to other European destinations are shown at the
checkout. This charge is waived if the total order value exceeds £100. The charges will be shown on your shopping basket.
Next Day Delivery may be arranged, please call us 01305 257258 (order received by 12 noon) and for this we charge £6.95,
by 12noon Next Day £12.95 and £2.00 for our gift wrapping service.
Please note, when we can we re-use quality boxes and packing, using bio-degradable and recycled material always
ensuring the highest standards for safe delivery.
We also send to Highlands & Islands (£9.00), NI By Surface(£10.00), Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Holland,
Ireland(south), Jersey, Luxemburg, Netherlands(all £13.00), Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Portugal, Spain,
and Sweden(all £16.00). Charges are shown at the checkout.
Outside of these areas, or PO boxes and BFPO please email or call 01305 257258 with details of product and address
and we will quote a price.
We hope they will not be! But in the unlikely event that you do have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible with
the invoice number, by phone or
e-mail and we will sort out a replacement, we may ask to return the items or send a photo.
If for any reason your purchase does not fulfil your expectation please
email or call 01305 257258 and then return the items to us in saleable condition within 14 days with a copy of the invoice number and your
contact details and reason for return and we will refund your product money. It would be a good idea to get a certificate of posting and please ensure your
