The ordering process
You can order online, by email or by fax (01305 257258) or, we can process the order and take credit card transactions over the phone (01305 257258). If you have any queries, no matter what, please contact us. Our Customer Support must be the best for our own reputation and good name, and good communication with you is vital at all times.
All products are subject to availability. Most items will be despatched within 3 days from receipt of order. For products not in stock we will advise you of availability, our aim is to keep you informed at all times.
Finding the products
Hover over a category tab in the horizontal menu near the top of the page. A drop down menu will show you a range of themes within this category and clicking on any of these will take you to a theme page. Here you will find a range of products within that theme and you can click a product image to see a larger photo and full details - including price and variations in colour and size - appear at the top of the page.
Alternatively you can click on a category tab to go to a page showing themes within that category.
Purchasing a product
Once you have selected a product, enter the quantity you wish to order in the Quantity (Qty) box on the screen. Then click the "Add" button to add the item to your basket.
View Basket
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Basket. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, either change the quantity field and click recalculate or click remove. Click "continue shopping" to see more products or "checkout" to proceed with card payment. You can view your basket at any time during the ordering process by clicking on "view basket" in the header or on the page.
Postage and Packing
We charge a flat rate of £4.00 per order for standard delivery (3-5 day) to all areas within mainland UK. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. This charge is waived if the total order value exceeds £100. You may also choose the Special Next Day Delivery (order received by us by 12 noon). The charge will be shown on your shopping basket.

Although every effort is made to portray the items as accurately as possible, please allow for some slight discrepancies in colour or size.Returns Policy
If your order does not fulfil your expectation please return it to us within 14 days in the original packaging with the receipt and we will replace the item or refund you in full. Please return goods together with the receipt to us at ON THE TABLE, 28 South Street, DORCHESTER, Dorset DT1 1BY and best to have a proof of postage.

Checkout Payment
Prices shown are in UK pounds and include UK vat at 17.5%. Please remember the postage and packing charge of £4.00 will be added at the checkout unless the total order price exceeds £100 in which case postage and packing are free.
We accept all major credit cards.
To purchase we must have all the requested information. Your Billing address must be the same as that registered for your card and we need a genuine delivery address in the UK.
Once your card details are accepted we will confirm your order and then inform you of despatch.
Security, Privacy
The Information we collect is via a secure server and is only used by us lawfully and within the Data Protection Act 1998. If you do not wish to receive any marketing information email us to opt out. Your credit card details are not stored after your order has been fulfilled and ON THE TABLE does not have access to your card numbers. We aim to make our online transactions as secure as possible. The checkout process is performed on our secure server which will encrypt all your input making it impossible for any data transmitted from your computer to be intercepted by others. Credit card transactions are performed by Protx who are a secure e-commerce provider. Protx will take your credit/debit card details and validate them. You will then be returned back to our website to finish the transaction. For this reason the only credit card information we keep is whether your transaction is successful or not.
