Wedding Lists and Gift Lists are our speciality, from the full wedding list to a part wedding list, from an engagement list to a silver wedding anniversary and beyond.

If you have a contemporary lifestyle and are looking for a range that is slightly more unusual than your local store has to offer we will be able to help you.

Putting your list ON THE TABLE

Selecting your gifts

Browse our web site and if possible come and visit us in our shop where the selection is much wider. It is a good idea to set up your list about three months before the big day, at least before you send out your invitations. We can provide you with cards to include in your invites, informing your guests where to find your list.

Notify us of your choice

You can e-mail us your selection from the website, which we will put together in list form for your confirmation. If you prefer pick up the phone and have a chat to us on 01305 257258. We may be able to help you with products not shown on the website from brands we stock or varying quantities of glasses etc. to suit your personal requirements.

Liaising with your guests from far and wide

Once your list is complete your guests will be able to view the list on-line in the Wedding list section at ‘www.onthetable.co.uk’ or we can post, fax or email a copy to them, with full details of where to find the products on the web site for their perusal. They can then make their purchases by e-mail or phone to us with all the usual credit cards and include a personal message for you.

Liaising with local guests

Obviously if you have friends and family that are local to our shop we would love to welcome them personally, so we can show them your gift selection to make their choice.

Updating your list

Your list will be continually updated after each purchase to avoid duplications and if you change your mind about anything, we can quite easily add or take things off the list.

Gift wrap and delivery

We do not charge for gift wrapping wedding presents and if you live within a 20 mile radius of us in Dorchester we are more than happy to deliver your gifts free of charge at a time convenient to yourselves. For those of you further a field, our normal post and packing rate will apply to your guests. Then we will arrange delivery of your gifts wrapped and labelled, en masse at your convenience.

On completion of your list

We will provide you with a complete list of gifts purchased and who they are from, to assist you with your thank you letters.

Thank you from us

As a thank you for using ON THE TABLE for your gift list you will be able to buy anything remaining on your list after the wedding at a 10% discount for a period of three months.
